1. Lubrication process description

The pressure in the oil and gas barrel presses the oil in the oil and gas barrel, passes through an oil cooler, removes foreign particles from the oil filter, and then divides into two channels, all the way into the compression chamber from the lower end of the body to cool the compressed gas; the other way leads to At both ends of the body, the bearing group is lubricated, and then the lubricating oil of each part is collected at the bottom of the compression chamber and discharged from the exhaust port. After the compressed air mixed with the oil is discharged into the oil and gas tank, most of the oil is deposited on the bottom of the oil and gas tank. The rest of the oil mist air passes through the oil separator, further filtering the remaining oil, and participating in the next cycle.

2. Control of fuel injection

The oil injected by the air compressor is mainly used to remove the heat generated by the air in the compression except the lubrication. The injection volume has been set by the technician of our company before leaving the factory, so please do not change it at will.

The main parts of the oil circuit function description:

(1)temperature control valve

The main function of the temperature control valve is to control the discharge temperature of the compressor by controlling the humidity of the lubricating oil injected into the head to prevent the water vapor in the air from condensing in the oil and gas tank and emulsifying the lubricating oil. When the machine is turned on, the temperature of the lubricating oil is low, and the temperature control valve is closed. The cold oil is directly injected into the body without passing through the cooler. If the oil temperature rises above 70°C, the temperature control valve will gradually open to the passage of the oil cooler and fully open at 76°C. At this time, the oil will be completely cooled by the oil cooler and then injected into the body.

Some models do not have a temperature control valve, but control the oil temperature by controlling the fan motor to stop. When the exhaust temperature rises to 85°C, the fan starts to operate; when the exhaust temperature is lower than 75°C, the fan stops automatically, keeping the temperature within a certain range.

(2)oil cooler

The oil cooler is integrated with the after cooler. Its structure is the same, all are board-type. The cooling fan draws cold air through the rear cooler rocker. The cooled compressed air temperature is generally below ambient temperature +15°C.

(3)Oil filter

The oil filter is a paper filter with a filter accuracy of 10μ to 15μ. Its function is to remove impurities from the oil. Such as metal particles, dust, oil degradation, etc., to protect the normal operation of the bearing and the rotor. If the oil filter is clogged, it may result in insufficient injection volume to affect the service life of the main bearing, and the exhaust temperature of the head may increase (or even stop).

(4)oil separator

The fine separator filter element is made of multi-layered and fine special fibers. The mist of lubricating oil contained in the compressed air can be completely filtered out after the oil separator, and the oil particle size can be controlled below 0.1 μm. It can be less than 3PPM.

(5)oil return check valve

The residual oil filtered by the oil separator is concentrated in the small round groove in the center of the filter element, and is led to the host via the return oil pipe to prevent the separated oil from being discharged with the air. In order to prevent the backflow of oil in the compression chamber of the main engine, a check valve is installed behind the return pipe. If the fuel consumption suddenly increases during the operation of the machine, check whether the throttling orifice of the check valve is blocked.
