1. The air compressor has strict requirements on the exhaust temperature.
For lubricating oil Kaeser air compressor, when the exhaust temperature is over high, the viscosity of lubricating oil will decrease, and the function of lubricating oil will deteriorate, so that the light fraction in lubricating oil will volatilize rapidly, and that eventually leads to "carbon accumulation" phenomenon. It has been proved that when the exhaust temperature exceeds 200 degrees centigrade, "carbon accumulation" would obstruct the passage of the exhaust seats and spring seats (vents) ,and the exhaust pipe ,resulting in the pipe resistance increase; the piston ring is stuck in the piston ring groove, thus losing the sealing effect; and static electricity will also cause "carbon accumulation" explosion accidents, so Where the power is cooled with the water of Kaeser Oil Separator air compressor, the exhaust temperature shall not exceed 160 degrees centigrade; where the power is cooled by the wind of Kaeser air compressor, the exhaust temperature shall not exceed 180 degrees centigrade.
2. The cause of the crack and the inspection scheme.
The common reasons for cracks are as follows:
A. Kaeser Cooling water in the cylinder head of the body is not fully discharged. In winter, the water is frozen because it is not released in time after the shutdown.
B. When casting is forged, internal stress is generated and it gradually expands with the vibration of the casting in use.
C. Piston fracture, connecting rod screw fracture and so on can cause the link broken and fall off. The balance iron on the crankshaft flies out and breaks the body. The parts in the air cutting fall off cause the cylinder head is broken, and so on.
The crack inspection scheme is as follows:
A. Infiltration kerosene
Before inspection, wipe the body and cylinder head with a cotton yarn soaked with kerosene, dip the dry cotton yarn in kerosene to wipe off any suspected cracks and apply white powder immediately. The kerosene permeates the white powder where there are cracks, and the crack will show up.
B. Hydraulic pressure method
The crack site is examined by means of cooling water pressure. Before inspection, plug the water pipe joint between the body and the cylinder head, connect one of the hose joints and the outlet with a rubber hose. Select the special cover plate with the same size as the upper plane of the body. In addition, the cooling water should not overflow. Turn on the switch and let the room water enter the cooling water jacket. When the switch is out of water, close the switch. And stop the water supply when the pressure gauge pointer reaches 3-4 atmospheres. Check the body carefully, there is any leakage or water seepage in the top and bottom of the cylinder head.
